Managed print services is essentially another name for contracted print sales. The customer gets some peace of mind while the service provider enjoys desired attachment rates, revenues, and the industry oasis: the shift from the box price to the total cost of ownership (TCO). By this definition, one would think MPS engagements are an ideal win-win scenario for both customers and service providers. If the printing industry wasn’t so commoditised, customers’ peace of mind wasn’t so difficult to achieve, and providers’ margins didn’t keep shrinking rather than booming, it probably would be.
At PrintFleet, we're all about Getting Connected. We strive to create valuable relationships with customers and partners across the globe. We look to them for their insights and perspectives as well as their expertise, which is why we are very excited to share the following guest blog from Mike Stramaglio, President & CEO of MWA Intelligence Inc.!
A couple weeks ago we wrote a blog about what automation looks like and the driving force behind it: The Internet of Things (IoT). We imagined a day in the life of someone whose devices are connected to one another, giving us some insight into how the IoT is fundamentally changing the way we live, work and communicate. With everything from smart appliances in the home to smart devices in the office, the IoT will provide more connected opportunity than ever before.
Without further ado, here are our favourite IoT-enabled devices available on the market. You might even recognize a few from our previous blog!
Jordan Darragh, CEO of PrintReleaf, recently wrote a guest blog on the opportunities that automation represents for businesses. Needless to say, it’s an idea that has captured the attention of many industry thought leaders and won’t be going away anytime soon, particularly when it’s so frequently associated with optimizing and streamlining workflows and generating value.
We work closely with many partners across the world and want to share their perspectives with you - so to kick it off Jordan Darragh, CEO of PrintReleaf has graciously written our first guest blog! We couldn't be more excited to share that with you!
